Adriana Gascoigne
From immigrant heritage to the founder of the world’s largest not-for-profit technology platform, Adriana’s story is far from the usual script. Authenticity, curiosity and a willingness to be ‘scrappy’ is the secret to her success.
A degree in sociology and economics has seen Adriana bring her own style of humanity and analytics to marketing, growing brands and building many successful businesses from the ground up. She has worked with a range of tech companies from Indiegogo and Oracle to Change.org and has served executive roles at Ogilvy and Mather, IPG, SGN and Second Market.
Her true purpose however can be seen in the phenomenal story of Girls in Tech. A networking night of 200 women in San Francisco that has grown to a community of over 70,000 women empowered, educated and engaged in technology careers across the globe.
Today, Adriana strives to help businesses of all sizes improve financial growth through speaking about talent diversity and inclusion, leadership and a range of proven initiatives to empower women in STEM.
