Good leadership is crucial at all times and in all organizations. Yet, crises and major transformational efforts magnify the importance of good leadership for a safe, rapid, and sustainable transition. Hurol Inan and Faye Ilhan will draw from their professional leadership experiences, gained while executing the digital transformations of large corporations. They will tackle important questions such as why we need leaders, what makes a good leader, whose job is to lead, and how to learn to lead well. We hope that this conversation will inspire you to join the next generation of leaders, and to always recognize and demand good leadership.
.
The roadmap to recovery will vary from company to company but how you handle cost control, raising funds and planning around significant business ambiguity will be essential to a successful future. We ask three tech experts how they and the companies they work for are handling those hurdles and which changes they think are here to stay.
