Adriana Lica is currently the Head of Commercialisation & Marketing at PayMe, overseeing the consumer and merchant growth. With over a decade of experience in digital marketing and product management, she has helped shape digital strategies and launch new innovative products across APAC for such companies as HSBC, Swire Properties, DFS, Apple, Lufthansa and more. 

Having previously created a number of her own start-ups, ranging from tech to retail, Adriana is passionate about entrepreneurship and helping shape future digital leaders. She is an active mentor in the startup community, currently training at HKSTP STEP program and PolyU’s Institute for Entrepreneurship.
