Half Austrian & half Cantonese, born and raised in Austria, Belinda wears many hats and is driven by what she does. Whether it's helping businesses to revamp their marketing on and offline presence, with conferences, focused on entrepreneurship, tech or marketing and consulting, workshops and boot camps for incubators and accelerators through her integrated agency Springboard Group. 

Based in Hong Kong, Belinda empowers people to become innovators and entrepreneurs by facilitating startup boot camps all over the world. She is a passionate advocate for female empowerment and founded Fem Founded - a community for women to get started on everything personal branding and their own company or side hustle.

Belinda previously started NextGen Network (NGN), a non-profit mentoring network for high school and university girls in Hong Kong. She is also a co-founder and member of the board of Women in Tech HK, sits on the committee of TEDxTinHauWomen, and a co-host for #impact - a podcast featuring people making a social impact.
