Kevin McGuigan was appointed the Managing Director of Southeast Asia at 3M in 2019. Kevin started out in 3M as a Sales Representative under the Personal Safety Division in 2003 and has over 17 years of business leadership experience. With a strong focus on the Personal Safety Division, he has led business teams that span the U.S., Asia Pacific and the Globe. 

Kevin’s previous assignments within 3M’s Personal Safety Division include the Business Director and National Sales Manager for the U.S. He was also previously the Global Business Manager for Scotchlite Reflective Material at 3M. 

Kevin was on the Board of Directors at the Women’s Advocates in St. Paul, MN which was the first women and children’s shelter in the United States. Kevin is passionate about ensuring diversity within 3M. 

Kevin holds an M.B.A from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
