Tomas Flier is a Global Diversity and Inclusion lead at Google. He devoted his life and professional career following his purpose: to serve historically marginalized groups by dismantling systems of oppression. He's addressing this challenge by both empowering underrepresented communities and helping Executives and teams to actively build an inclusive and equitable workplace.

Tomas' background across different businesses and countries allow him to craft a business responsive  approach and outcome-oriented initiatives towards equity.

He's been granted the Young Hispanic Corporate Achievers™  award by the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility and has been recognized as a One Young World global ambassador.In his free time, Tomas is a passionate classical pianist and world traveler.
