The Impact of COVID-19 on the Future of Work by Cadigan Talent Ventures, Allwood Associates

Many countries are beginning the process of returning to offices. For some, this means a return to the office, and for others, it means sticking to WFH. In this session, two of the world’s top minds on culture and organization dynamics will discuss how they see the future of work unfolding in a post-COVID-19 reality. Should organizations move to a full WFH framework? What does this mean for how we recruit, connect, communicate, and organize? How will companies foster and develop their corporate cultures if employees do not have a shared physical space to convene and connect? Does COVID-19 present an opportunity for businesses to accelerate everything from digital transformations to diversity initiatives? Will the workforce look at work and their careers differently in a reality where jobs may be done remotely?

Join Noni Allwood (Culture Transformer, Speaker, Researcher & Board Member) and Steve Cadigan (former VP of Talent at LinkedIn and current Board Member, Advisor & Talent Hacker) as they share insight on a hot topic that is on everyone’s mind.
