Otti is a member of the Challenger and Growth business line executive committee and accountable for continuous optimisation of customer and operational service performance across all countries including operational risk management and regulatory compliance; execution of ING’s global “Accelerate Think Forward” digital transformation programme; cybersecurity and data management; and end-to-end efficiency across all Banks.
